Thinking of Dipping Your Toes in the Vegan Pool?

Come on in, the water's fine!  But seriously, if your interested or just curious, one of my favorite bloggers Sarah aka Mama Pea is doing a month long menu plan for one of her friends, with meal choices and links to fantastic recipes.  Bonus - she is designing this as a get healthy/lose weight plan.  The PeaLightful  Plan includes 3 meal suggestions and 3 snacks! If you don't feel you can go vegan cold turkey, she is including an add meat option. Awesome!
